Is your team overpaying for AI coding tools?
In October 2026, five of the 11 tools we tracked then changed pricing. Check your bill free below. If there's money to recover, our reviewed memo finds it: $299 for up to 25 engineers, refunded if it saves you less.

What does your team pay for AI coding tools?
Add each tool and seat count. We price it against today's verified list prices.
Your team pays about at list price.
An estimate from published prices, not your actual bill: usage credits, overage and discounts can make the real invoice higher or lower.

List prices. Credits, overage and API-priced models can push a real invoice past these numbers. Custom and usage-only plans are left out rather than guessed at.
What the review adds
List prices are a starting estimate, not the bill. The review works from your invoice and your team.

$299 · up to 25 engineers
Up to 3 tools and their invoices, one usage export each, the written memo, and a 30-minute call.
$990 · 26–250 engineers
Any number of tools, several billing accounts or departments, a seat-by-seat plan mix across teams, the memo, a call, and a follow-up check 30 days after the changes. The price steps up at 26 because larger teams usually mean more accounts and usage exports to reconcile, not just more seats.
Guarantee: we add up the 12-month saving the memo identifies, meaning the difference between your current bill (from your invoices) and the bill after the changes it recommends, plus any avoided cost it documents, such as an overage cap. If that total is less than the fee, we refund the fee in full. It's judged on what the memo finds, not on whether you act on it. Sometimes the answer is "you're on the right plan"; you still get it in writing, with the numbers.
How it works: send your stack (below) → we confirm scope within 24 hours and invoice by card → memo in 3–5 business days → call at a time that suits you. No code or account access, ever.
Your invoices and usage exports: send them as replies to our scoping email. We use them only to write your memo, never share them, and delete them within 30 days of delivering it (sooner if you ask). Remove anything you'd rather we didn't see, such as card details or individual names.

Why trust your numbers?
We track the pricing of 12 AI coding tools and re-check it against each vendor's own pricing page; our October 2026 check found five that changed price or plans. No vendor pays for a recommendation, and if the memo recommends a tool we have an affiliate link for, it says so (disclosure).
Do you need access to our code or accounts?
No. Seat counts and plan names are enough to start; an invoice or usage export makes the numbers sharper. Remove anything sensitive before sending.
What if we're happy with our tool?
Then the memo usually finds savings inside it: a cheaper plan for light users, pooled credits instead of top-ups, or limits that stop overage. Switching is rarely the only answer.
How do we pay?
We reply within 24 hours to confirm scope, then send an invoice payable by card. Work starts when it's paid.
